How to Apply
Step 1: Admission Registration
Please refer to Admission Registration available under forms Download section for the program you are interested in.
Step 2: Fill up all the forms
KGHS Student Application form :
One Original set of Application form to be completed in English and duly signed by applicant, upon physically reporting to the College.
Step 3: Send us your application
You are required to submit all required documents to the Admission Department personally.
Note: Please make sure that your application forms and documents reach us at least 2 weeks before course commencement.
Step 4: Acceptance by the College
Processing time of completed application will take approximately 5 working days. Once student pass is approved, applicants will receive the provisional admission letter.
Step 5: Fee Payment KGHS will prepare the payment invoice and send to the student along with the payment schedule;
The Student will pay to the bank directly or other payment modes specified online according to the Payment Invoice issued by the KGHS.
When to Apply
For Certificate, Diploma and Advance Technology Programs:
Intakes for these programs are open throughout the year. Please contact respective KGHS Ghana Campuses for batch start dates for these programs.

Scholarships
Student get 10% family plan discount on third and any additional student enrollment KGHS affiliated Colleges and Universities offers 10% Scholarship Graduates from KGHS.
